1.) Sit in a chair.
2.) Relax your shoulders and turn your head to the right as far as you can.
3.) Tilt your head backwards as far as you can while relaxing the shoulders.
4.) You will feel the stretch in the front of the left side of the neck.
5.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
6.) Swap and stretch the opposite side.
7.) Repeat this exercise 3 times, stretching both sides. Do it 3 times a day.
NB: If you feel dizzy or nauseous when performing this exercise, stop and do not continue performing the stretch.
