1.) Stand in the middle of an open door frame.
2.) Place your elbows on the door frame.
3.) Make sure your elbows are at the same height as the shoulders.
4.) Keep your back straight and take half a step forward, leaving your elbows in the door frame. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.
5.) You will feel the stretch in the front of the chest and shoulders.
6.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
7.) Repeat this exercise 3 times. Do it 3 times a day.
