1.) Sitting in a chair, turn your head to the left shoulder.
2.) With your right hand, cup the base of the skull with your thumb and fingers.
3.) With the right hand, apply an upward pressure to pull the the skull off the rest of the spine.
4.) You will feel the stretch on the left side of the neck area.
5.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
6.) Swap and stretch the opposite side.
7.) Repeat this exercise 3 times, stretching both sides. Do it 3 times a day.
