1.) While you are sitting, open your mouth slightly.
2.) Place your right hand on the side of your lower jaw.
3.) Gently push your jaw to the left side with your right hand.
4.) You will feel the jaw stretching on the right side.
5.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
6.) Swap and stretch the opposite side.
7.) Repeat this exercise 3 times, stretching both sides. Do it 3 times a day.
