
1.) Place a towel over the right shoulder.
2.) Bend the left arm and place it in the small of your back.
3.) Grab the bottom of the towel with your left hand.
4.) Grab the top of the towel with your right hand.
5.) With your right hand, pull the towel downwards.
6.) You will feel the stretch in the left shoulder.
7.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
8.) Swap sides and repeat for the right arm.
9.) Repeat this exercise 3 times. Do it 3 times a day.
